Counselling
A professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. It involves a trained practitioner helping clients explore feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to find effective solutions.
Supervision
In the counselling context, supervision is a formal, collaborative process where a qualified supervisor guides and supports a counsellor's professional development, ensuring ethical practice, competence, and quality client care through reflective dialogue.
Psychotherapy
