Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

Session Bookings

When you book a session, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and service preference. This information is used solely for:

• Confirming and preparing for your appointment
• Communicating with you before and after your session
• Following up to support your wellbeing journey

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by professional, ethical, and regulatory obligations applicable to counselling and therapy practice in Zambia. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
